Book your 30-minute complimentary consultation so Travel Gurus can get to know you, understand your budget and gather more information before developing an incredible adventure.

design

After the non-refundable design fee/retainer is collected, we get right to work creating and curating your travel experience, group or corporate retreat. We will send over the proposals and collaborate with you to make any adjustments if needed. Then, sit back and relax as we book your itinerary.

manage

Travel Gurus will make sure everything is in order before and during your trip. Consider us as your personal concierge. Should anything unexpected occur while traveling, Travel Gurus will be at your service to assist.

experience

At the end of your journey, we will connect again to hear more about the memorable trip.

Design/Consultation fee is waived for all cruise-only voyages (2023-2025) booked in 2023.

  • Travel Gurus strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Being prepared for the unexpected; accidents, injuries or trip interruptions do and can happen when you least expect it. Your health insurance may not cover accidents or injuries overseas. Some credit cards may only insure part of your travels. Travel insurance provides you with peace of mind, covering your investments before and or during your journey. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, Travel Gurus will send and require you to sign a digital waiver.

  • We understand anything can happen. Travel Gurus will charge a $250 cancellation fee per individual booking and $500 group cancellation fee, in addition and not limited to what the hotel, resort, cruise, tour operator or supplier charges for cancellation.
